   We employ advanced measuring and calibration equipment which allow us to check tolerances down to 1 micron (0.001mm). All cnc turned & grinding components are inspected from raw material through machine set-up, in-process production and dispatch. We are well prepared to deliver the right combination of quality, cost and service which our customers need to compete in this global industry. Our capabilities to maintain tight tolerances of ± 5 microns (0.005 mm) on diameter with surface finish requirements of Ra 0.2 μm - Ra 0.4 μm.
